What is GLOW Shine?
The GLOW Shine treatment is the perfect blend of treatments and techniques for different skin areas and layers specifically aimed at eliminating dullness and dull skin. We can adjust the treatment during each consultation, according to your skin needs at the time. The GLOW Shine treatment consists of a preliminary HOME-treatment with skincare, various peelings, microneedling with vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, a mask and aftercare with cosmeceuticals. The unique recipe to make your skin shine again.
What makes our GLOW treatments unique?
Each skin area often has different needs. For example, you may suffer from rosacea on the cheeks, coarser skin texture on the nose and pigmentation spots on the forehead. The uniqueness of our GLOW treatments is that in one session we treat the same skin area with different techniques to penetrate deeply, but also treat different skin areas. This all falls under one combination treatment that we call GLOW treatment. Why do we do it this way? The GLOW shine step-by-step plan
Intake
Intake
We start with a free intake that focuses on your needs. Together we look at the needs of your skin in your face, neck, décolleté and/or hands at that time. We then advise which treatments we think are most suitable for you. Together we will come to a personalized plan to make your skin shine and we can give you an indication of the costs.
Pre-treatment
Pre-treatment
You start preparing your skin at home about three weeks before your treatment with our HOME skin-care cosmeceuticals. These cosmeceuticals have a high concentration of active ingredients such as antioxidants, fruit acids, vitamin B3 and vitamin E that stimulate cell renewal and skin improvement. This way, your skin is already in a better condition and makes it more receptive to the treatments that follow.

During one treatment session we perform several superficial peelings, this way we safely remove the superficial skin layer and give your skin another boost. We combine this with microneedling where we simultaneously insert vitamin C and/or hyaluronic acid, this has general skin improving effects and it stimulates the production of collagen. Then we apply a hydrating mask. The combination of these techniques and the insertion of active ingredients like vitamin C and/or hyaluronic acid makes you have a healthy GLOW immediately after the treatment. This session with several treatments takes an average of 45 to 60 minutes.
Post-treatment
Post-treatment
You will receive extensive post-treatment instructions after each treatment. Depending on the intensity of the treatment, you will experience some redness and flaking, but you can resume your daily activities right away. In the period after treatment, avoid peeling creams, and scrubs. Also, be sure to avoid bright sun, or massages and beauty treatments. The HOME-treatment products you have used in preparation for the treatment you will continue to use after your treatment. Together we adjust them according to the needs of your skin and the season. Do you have questions about aftercare? Your skin therapist will be happy to help you – even after treatment.

Result & maintenance
For long-lasting results, we recommend repeating this treatment 8 to 6 times a year. An initial GLOW shine treatment is lighter and we build up the intensity to maintain the result and stabilize your skin.

Does this GLOW treatment suit your skin and your improvement needs? During the intake we look at your face and determine together whether we include this treatment in your personal plan. We also determine what frequency will give the best results. We almost always recommend multiple treatments. Research shows that a course of skin treatments gives the best and fastest results, think of an average of 4 to 6 treatments and then maintenance treatments. We also look at other GLOW treatments that can be a good addition to your personal plan.
