What is Microneedling ?
With Microneedling, we create tiny channels in the skin using a special device with vibrating, tiny needles (the Enterpen). These channels are not visible to the naked eye. Microneedling triggers the natural repair of the skin. Deep in the skin, connective tissue cells receive a stimulus to create new connective tissue fibers, which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.

A microneedling treatment is not harmful to the skin.
After the treatment, the skin will be red for about 2 to 3 hours because the blood flow to the skin is stimulated. There is also the possibility that the day after treatment, the skin may be a little sensitive. It is important to limit direct exposure to UV radiation as much as possible after the treatment.
Depending on the skin problem you want to correct, we recommend a course of multiple treatments. Results are visible after several weeks, as the skin’s healing process takes time.
A microneedling treatment goes well with prior chemical peels. In addition to that, our skin therapists can also treat per skin area.
