After we have received you in our clinic, photos are taken and a preliminary consultation follows to go over your wishes. Together with you, the doctor will draw up a personal treatment plan. The consultation is completely non-committal. After that, you can schedule an appointment to undergo treatment. With an ultra-thin needle we give a number of pricks in the corners of the mouth and we will lightly massage the filler. The consultation will take about half an hour, the treatment itself about ten minutes. We often recommend a combination with a nose-lip fold treatment, sometimes also with a treatment of the cheeks, cheekbones and/or jawline, but this varies from person to person.

After we welcome you into our clinic, we will take pictures that the doctor will review and discuss with you. Your treatment wishes and goals are also discussed in detail. The consultation is completely non-binding. After this, you can schedule an appointment to undergo the treatment. With an ultra-thin cannula we give a number of punctures in the corners of the mouth and we will lightly massage the filler fluid.

After we welcome you at our clinic, we will take pictures that the doctor will review and discuss with you. The filler in itself already contains an anesthetic. This makes the treatment virtually painless.
This treatment itself takes about half an hour.
After the treatment there may be some redness, swelling or slight blue discoloration on the treated areas, but this will quickly disappear. You can go about your daily activities as usual after the treatment.
A hyaluronic acid-based filler in the drooping corners of the mouth stays in place for approximately 8-18 months. This is on average and can vary from person to person. Because Hyaluronic Acid is a substance native to the body, it gets also broken down by the body and the corners of the mouth return to their original position. Therefore, we recommend coming back on time for a treatment to prolong the results.
