The intake is with one of our cosmetic doctors. During this intake we will discuss your wishes and analyze your face extensively. This way we can advise you in which areas of the face and in what quantities we could place Botox® and fillers. Together we will also draw up a personal treatment plan. We look at which additional and maintenance treatments are appropriate for optimal and long-term results. This way we can also give you an indication of the costs.  

On the day of the treatment we start with a short preparatory conversation and take pictures to compare the results later. Then the treatment begins. Using a very thin needle, we inject Botox® along with an anesthetic at the site of your frown line(s). Because of the local anesthetic, the treatment is barely painful. Botox® is a water thin liquid that has an immediate effect. With Botox® we address the cause of the frown wrinkle and with a filler we can fill the wrinkle so that it is hardly visible. In addition, we often use fillers in support to give your face an elevator in certain areas, resulting in a softer and friendly facial expression. With injectables at the cheekbones and corners of the mouth, for example, we can create a beautiful smile and give the mouth a nice shape.  

You can go home immediately after treatment, without supervision. You will be given comprehensive aftercare instructions, which you can read at your leisure. Immediately after the treatment, small swellings or some bruises may appear, sometimes these still appear after a few days. This may be camouflaged with makeup, but make sure you use clean materials. Because of the anesthesia, the treated area is hardly painful, but this may cause a slight stiff and sore feeling. There is no need to cool or massage the treated area. What else can you keep in mind? In the first two days after the treatment we advise against intensive sports, tanning beds, saunas and beauty treatments. Also protect the treated area with an SPF with factor 50. Do you have questions about aftercare? Then of course you can always contact our clinic.

Everyone recovers differently from treatment with injectables. In general, you can see the result after 2 days, but after 2 weeks the result is at its best. All injectables are non-permanent, or temporary. Our experience is that you have about 8 to 18 months or even longer the effect of a filler treatment. From a Botox® treatment you will enjoy about 3 to 6 months. After that the effect will slowly diminish. Do you want to enjoy the result as long as possible? Then we recommend to combine injectables with our GLOW and HOME treatments. These treatments ensure that your skin is in good condition and with a healthy skin you will enjoy the effects longer! In addition, we recommend repeating the treatment. In fact, injectables can provide increasingly long-lasting results when you repeat the treatment with some regularity.
