Upon arrival at the clinic, there is a brief consultation and we take pictures to compare the results of before and after treatment. The doctor then begins the treatment. The cheekbones lend themselves well to treatment with a cannula. Canulas have a blunt tip, so your skin is pushed away, so to speak, and not punctured. As a result, there is less chance of damage to the subcutaneous tissue, less chance of bruising, the treatment is almost entirely painless and offers a faster recovery. Next, through the entrance hole, the filler is placed on the cheekbone.

After treatment, there may be some swelling or possibly blue discoloration around the area where the filler was injected. Any discoloration can be camouflaged with makeup so you can get right on with the rest of your day. Should some swelling occur, there is no need to panic. After a few days this will go away by itself.
Immediately after treatment the result is already visible; you can immediately see that the cheekbones are more accentuated and the shape of the face is embellished.
