The problem
As the “3-D” framework of your skeleton undergoes change, you’re going to see it in the shape and contours of your face. Apart from your age, your contours can also change due to weight loss, for example. Your cheeks may drop in, nasolabial folds develop, the corners of your mouth may droop and your jawline may sag. The treatment
After receiving the treatment at the clinic, there will be a brief consultation and we will take pictures so that you can later see and compare the results of the liquid facelift before and after treatment. The liquid facelift treatment takes about 60 minutes. We use an anesthetic, making the treatment barely painful. To prevent bruising, we use a cannula: an alternative to a needle. The cannula has a round tip instead of a sharp one, which makes bruising much less likely and any swelling disappears faster.

After treatment, some redness, swelling or blue discoloration may be seen on the treated area, but this will quickly disappear. We recommend that you do not do any physical activity or sports the same day. Your face may remain swollen and sore for several days. The cosmetic result is therefore best evaluated after one week.

How does a liquid facelift with fillers work?
With a liquid facelift treatment, we can address sharp facial highlights and a tired or severe appearance by filling certain “problem areas” with a filler. These include the cheeks, nasolabial fold, corners of the mouth or jawline. During treatment, a cannula is used. A cannula has a round tip instead of a sharp point, so we can treat even more safely. This method of treatment actually gives you a facelift without going under the knife. Within 30 to 60 minutes you are back outside the clinic with the desired result and you can almost immediately resume your daily activities, unlike with a surgical facelift.
When do I qualify for a liquid facelift?
Do you look in the mirror and notice that your facial contours are changing? Collapsed cheeks, a deep-nose lip crease, drooping corners of the mouth or a sagging jawline ?hese are all indications consistent with aging. Is liquid facelift treatment with filler painful?
A liquid facelift is generally not considered painful. The liquid facelift treatment consists of a number of punctures spread across the face. During the liquid facelift treatment we use thin needles and there is also a local anesthetic in the filler itself, making the treated area temporarily less sensitive. After treatment, it is possible that some swelling or bruising may occur, but this is usually very limited by the treatment method, which involves the use of cannulas (blunt needles) and by mostly cooling.
How long does a liquid facelift treatment take?

After how long will I see results after a liquid facelift treatment?
The cosmetic result is best assessed after two weeks. This is because your face may still feel somewhat swollen in the first few days.
How long will it take for me to be demonstrable again after a liquid facelift?
Sometimes there may be some redness, swelling or a small blue discoloration around the injection site after treatment. We recommend not applying makeup to the treated area for the first few hours after treatment.
What is the difference between a liquid facelift and a "regular" facelift?
In a surgical facelift, a piece of skin is cut away in order to achieve skin tightening. The skin is pulled up and re-tightened at the hairline, so to speak. A liquid facelift is much less invasive, so you need less recovery time, and can resume your daily activities almost immediately. In addition, it is a better option for volume loss because hyaluronic acid restores volume to the face.
