Cancellation and payment policy

At the Van Rosmalen Kliniek, the following conditions regarding appointments and payments apply.

Payment receipt

Upon completion of treatment, the full amount, as discussed with the practitioner, must be paid at the clinic.

At the Van Rosmalen Kliniek it is possible to pay in cash or by debit card.
In exceptional cases it is possible to receive an invoice by mail or post. In this case, we ask for a deposit of 10% of the total amount at the clinic, immediately after treatment. For the payment of the remaining amount, a payment period of 30 days is applied. When paying by invoice, it is important that you provide a valid mail or postal address. The Van Rosmalen Kliniek is not liable for the correct receipt of the invoice. If after reminders (how often?) the payment obligation is not met, it may be decided that you are no longer welcome for another treatment.

For surgical procedures, such as eyelid surgery and smartlipo laser treatment, a different cancellation and payment policy applies. A 10% deposit is required prior to treatment. The remaining amount must be paid no later than the day of treatment.

Cancellation of injectable or skin therapy treatment.

A spot is reserved in the practitioner’s schedule for each treatment. Cancellation or modification of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, 50 euros will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation. You will receive an invoice for this. The payment term for this invoice is two weeks. Only after payment of this invoice can a new appointment be made.

Cancellation of surgical procedures

For surgical procedures, such as eyelid surgery or smartlipo laser treatment, a cancellation period of at least 7 days prior to the surgery applies, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If cancellation is not timely, the 10% deposit will be non-refundable.

Showing up late to an appointment

If you expect to be late for your appointment, please notify us by phone as soon as possible. Our specialists will then see what adjustment in the schedule is possible. However, for calendar reasons, it cannot be guaranteed that your appointment can go ahead if you do not show up for the appointment on time. If the appointment cannot go ahead, a 50 euro cancellation fee will be charged for an injectable or skin therapy treatment or for a surgical procedure, such as an eyelid correction or smartlipo laser treatment the deposit of 10% of the total amount.

No Show

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50 euros for an injectable or skin therapy treatment or for a surgical procedure, such as eyelid correction or smartlipo laser treatment the deposit of 10% of the total amount. We will then contact you by phone. If we are unable to get in touch with you to discuss the reason for your absence with you, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make an appointment for treatment (at our clinics).
