Doctor Annemarie van Rosmalen

Doctor Annemarie van Rosmalen received her degree in medicine from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Her professional journey began with a two-year stint in the general surgery department at Maasstad Hospital, followed by three years of specialization in plastic surgery at Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in Nijmegen. With a focus on cosmetic surgery, she then worked for six years as a cosmetic doctor at an independent treatment center in Mill. Here she performed a wide range of procedures, including surgical procedures, laser treatments and injectables. Her expertise then took her to several cosmetic clinics.

Founder Van Rosmalen Kliniek  

After gaining over ten years of experience at other clinics and hospitals, Dr. Annemarie van Rosmalen decided to set up her own cosmetic clinic in Nijmegen in 2008. The clinic in Rotterdam followed in mid-February 2011 and after the success of these locations, Van Rosmalen Kliniek opened their third branch in The Hague in 2023. The Van Rosmalen Kliniek is known for its professional and welcoming atmosphere, thanks in part to its team of more than 20 specialists spread across Rotterdam, Nijmegen and The Hague. Doctor Annemarie van Rosmalen’s expert and personal approach, coupled with her unique vision of beauty, make her an authority in her field.

Doctor Annemarie has extensive experience in performing various cosmetic treatments, including botox, injectables, peelings and laser treatments. She is specialized in the liquid facelift and treatments around the eyes, such as tear ducts and puffiness treatment. Thanks to her broad knowledge and expertise, the Van Rosmalen Kliniek also serves as a training clinic for cosmetic doctors.

Doctor Annemarie is a BIG-registered doctor and a certified member of the Dutch Cosmetic Medicine Association (the NVCG), the quality association for cosmetic medicine. Doctor Annemarie is a trained and competent cosmetic doctor and is also in the profile register of NVCG, giving her the title: ‘cosmetic doctor KNMG’.  As a source of inspiration for other doctors to obtain this title, she has set up a training clinic that trains cosmetic doctors to become specialized cosmetic doctors. Already 5+ doctors have been trained and are a strong part of the team within Van Rosmalen Kliniek.

The NVCG aims to ensure and continuously improve the quality of cosmetic treatments. Annemarie chairs the education committee of the NVCG, co-wrote the training plan for cosmetic doctors and is spokesperson for Allergan. She and her team closely follow all developments in their field, for example by visiting conferences and attending trainings. In this way, they always master the latest techniques. Annemarie herself also gives lectures and trainings to fellow doctors, in order to spread her knowledge. Part of these trainings is the Skin Deep Anatomy training organized by Annemarie van Rosmalen.
